These are mainly delivered individually on a one to one basis allowing each client a personally tailored approach to improve their health, fitness and confidence
Illness or Injury Recovery
There is growing evidence of the benefits of exercise against illness prevention and for the recovery from illness. I am qualified in Exercise Referral and Exercise for Cancer Rehabilitation and can support you in taking up exercise following medical recommendation or post diagnosis. I fully understand that exercise doesn’t come naturally for most people and the thought of exercising when your not feeling your best can be terrifying for some. I will put you at ease and support you on your journey.
I will work with you on a one to one basis to giving you the support and encouragement you need to achieve your fitness & weight loss goals.
